Email 3: Last Call + VIP Lane
This is your final notice. 

Let them opt in to a ā€œVIP listā€ (low frequency, early access). 

If no response after 3–5 days? 

Suppress it. Exclude past buyers within 90 days; they might still be warming up to your brand.
