Add a password-protected landing page or secret URL for extra exclusivity.

Why it works:
Scarcity + privilege = irresistible.

3️⃣ The “Early Sellout Warning”

Subject line: “Heads Up, Your VIP Picks Are Almost Gone 👀”

Send this 12–24 hours after your early access email.

Body angle:
“Your VIP access window is closing soon, and our most popular bundles are 80% sold out.”

Why it works:
It combines urgency with social proof, customers feel like insiders who know what’s hot.

4️⃣ The “Thank You (and One Last Chance)” Follow-Up

Subject line: “Thank You, VIP 💛 + Your Last Chance to Shop First”

Send it right before the public sale opens.

Body angle:
“Thanks for being part of our inner circle. This is your final chance before the rush begins,  after tonight, prices go live for everyone.”

Why it works:
Ends the VIP sequence on a gratitude note, while still driving urgency.
